Basudha Trust of India is a non-profit charitable organization. Donations received are immediately allocated toward social welfare activities. As such, donations are generally non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances such as duplicate transactions, incorrect amounts, or verified technical payment errors.

Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the transaction, along with proof of payment and valid identification.

Approval & Processing

Refund requests are reviewed internally. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitations

No refund shall be granted for change of intent, donor dissatisfaction, or program outcomes. The Trust retains final authority on refund decisions.
